We make removals easy, starting right here.

Booking a removals service can be a daunting task yet we strive to keep things as simple as possible. To help you to understand the booking process and what happens along the way, we have five easy steps that explain the booking and move process.

1. Get a quote online or book an appointment

A. Get an online quotation

Applies to; Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond.
Using our online forms you can submit details about your move and receive a full quotation in 24 hours.

B. Book an Appointment

Applies to; Custom Service
Book an appointment with our move assessor up to 28 days in advance from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

2. You recieve your Quotation

You will recieve an email that will include three documents, the first of which will be your quotation. This will detail your move requirements and include the price of your move. The second document will be your acceptance form that is used to finalise your booking. A copy of our Terms & Conditions will also be included.

3. Accept your Quotation

Provided that you are happy with your quote, we ask you to formally accept your quotation and finalise your booking. You can do this in one of two ways:-

A. Online

You can accept your quote online using our Quote Acceptance page. You will need your quotation number to do this.

B. By Post

Complete and return a printed copy of your acceptance form by post to:

Diamond Removals, 3 Brook Meadow, Finchley, London, N12 7DB.

4. Pre-move Appointment (Online Quotations only)

Once we have received your Acceptance Form we will contact you to arrange an appointment with a member of our team to ensure that we are fully aware of your needs before allocating the necessary resources. Unless you have any further need to contact us (i.e. if you need to change a particular aspect of your booking), the next time you see us is when our big yellow vehicle arrives.

5. On the day

We will complete the services in full to your complete satisfaction. We will also request payment, details of which are included in your quotation.

Before we leave you to enjoy your new home we’ll ask if you have time to complete a short questionnaire about the service that we have provided. If you agree to have your comments used for the benefit of new customers, we may publish these, otherwise we will only use it to review and improve our service.
