Thank you for accommodating
my move last Friday 9th September, at such
short notice. Particularly as I haven't really
lived there for the last 18 months or so and the
place was not in a state for your guys to do
their stuff.
I would just like to say that the packing team on
Thursday were amazing, thorough, professional and
hard working even if they did pack my bin liners
when I put them down for a minute and turned my
back!! I would particularly ask you to
pass my thanks on to Nick who also did the delivery
part of the job who had all of the above qualities
as well as a good manner, cheeky sense of humour and
a great attitude with "the trainee".
I have already recommened your company to a couple
of people who may be moving home in the next six
months or so. I would have no hesitation
in acting as a reference should you require customer
confirmation/reference on value for money, quality,
punctuality and an overall efficient professional
service.

thank you for the excellent service we received
from Diamond when we moved home. The guys who came
to help us worked really efficiently, were very
careful with our belongings and did the work with
a smile - even when we couldn't find the kettle,
the mugs or the tea! It made the whole move much
more pain and stress-free than we could have hoped
