Booking a removals service can be a daunting task yet we strive to keep things as simple as possible.
Book an Appointment or complete a Quote form
A. Book an Appointment
Simply call us to organise an appointment at a time of your convenience or book an appointment online. You can also request a call back. Our move surveyor visits you to assess your move and discuss all your specific requirements. We also now offer video surveys, simply book a time slot, and we will video call you on your desired platform, i.e WhatsApp/Messenger/Facetime, you then give our surveyor a guided tour and answer all the relevant questions. You’ll typically get a verified quotation on the same day or the following if the appointment took place in the late afternoon.
B. Get an online quotation
Using our online forms you can submit details about your move and receive a quotation in 24 hours.
You receive your Quotation
You will receive an email with your quotation included as a PDF attachment. We will advise on how to proceed within the email.
Accept your Quotation
Provided that you are happy with your quote, we ask you to formally accept your quotation and finalise your booking. You can do this in one of two ways:-
You can accept your quote online using our Accept a Quote form. You will need your quotation number to do this.
B. By Post
Complete and return a printed copy of your acceptance form by post to: Diamond Removals& Storage, 3 Brook Meadow, Finchley, London, N12 7DB.
Once we have received your acceptance we will contact you to ensure that we are fully aware of your needs before allocating the necessary resources. If you submitted a quote online, we will arrange an appointment with a member of our team to visit on-site to ensure we have everything covered.
On the day
We will complete the services in full to your complete satisfaction. We will then request full payment via the accepted methods as described in our quotation.. You may pay by debit card or by bank transfer. We may accept cash if this is pre-arranged.
Before we leave you to enjoy your new home we’ll ask if you have time to complete a short questionnaire about the service that we have provided. If you agree to have your comments used for the benefit of new customers, we may publish these, otherwise we will only use it to review and improve our service.
